Rewards4 to build brand awareness with Firework PR

Firework PR has been appointed to spearhead sports loyalty company Rewards4’s brand development and messaging, supported by an ongoing PR campaign, as part of its ambitious growth plans for 2017 and beyond. The company has experienced a continual period of growth, establishing it as the leading technology platform for sports clubs and venues to reward supporter loyalty. Rewards4 has decided the time is now ripe to expand with a stand-out brand messaging and communications strategy.

Rewards4 offers sports clubs, venues and organisations the ability to reward the loyalty of their fans and supporters, helping its partners attract, engage with and retain fans whilst driving additional revenues. It has developed an innovative data-driven rewards and loyalty platform that enables fans to turn their everyday retail and betting spend into points which can be used to gain a discount at their preferred sports venue or club.  Rewards4 currently operates rewards programmes in racing, cricket, rugby and golf with notable customers including The Jockey Club, Saracens and Hampshire Cricket.  These programmes have attracted almost two million sports-loving members to date.

An initial project focused on an analysis of the company’s brand positioning, creation of corporate messages and content development. This will now be followed by the implementation of an awareness raising proactive media and influencer relations strategy.  Firework will work alongside the leadership and marketing teams to align all communications to its new business priorities.
