Happy New Year for Firework PR as Manchester’s 422.tv hires for corporate brief

Manchester and Glasgow based television and film post production company, 422.tv, has appointed Firework PR to run its first national and trade corporate PR programme to raise its profile across the UK.

The full service post-production company has a reputation for delivering high quality, creative projects, with the most comprehensive range of facilities, technology and talent in the North West.

Firework PR will run an integrated communications campaign for 422.tv. It will initially focus on the development of 422.tv’s corporate brand messaging as part of its external communications plans. This work will underpin a proactive PR campaign incorporating traditional media, social media and content marketing.

The appointment adds to the agency’s strong base of long-standing and loyal clients. Firework PR launched in January 2012 with its flagship client, The Mere Golf Resort and Spa, with a brief to re-launch the resort following its £15 million development.
Firework PR has since added a number of retained clients to its roster including two divisions within Advanced Business Solutions – Advanced Ticketing and Advanced NFP (Not-for-Profit) – as well as social enterprise, Food Dudes. The agency also works with several clients on a project basis.

“We were looking for a partner that could help us develop a communications strategy that could run across the whole business. Firework PR not only brings the expertise in media execution but also understands how to maximise the value of compelling content to all audiences,” commented Martin Hulme, Group Technical Director, 422.tv.

“The North West is fast becoming the media hub for television and film post production. 422.tv has a heritage of 20 years in Manchester with a raft of exciting young talent within the company. This represents a significant opportunity for 422.tv and we’re passionate about working with successful North West brands in helping to tell their story,” said Clare Wall, director of Firework PR.
