Symphony EYC has appointed Firework PR to develop and implement a creative content-driven communications campaign.
The company is a global leader in delivering ROI for retailers, manufacturers and wholesalers using customer insights to drive execution. The PR campaign will drive awareness of the company’s success in delivering improved customer experiences whilst streamlining operations for some of the world’s largest and most innovative retail brands including Waitrose, Dollar General, Groupe Casino and the Musgrave Group.
Founded by the 2012 merger of Aldata and EYC, Symphony EYC is a strategic partner to some of the world’s largest retail and consumer brands, national wholesale and distribution organisations and regional store chains. The new organisation brings together EYC’s sophisticated customer engagement analytics with the proven, high performance retail and distribution optimization capabilities of Aldata. The combined business serves over 1000 clients, has over 700 employees and operates in over 25,000 stores with an expanding presence across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
The appointment adds to the agency’s roster of established clients, including The Mere Golf Resort, Advanced Business Solutions (part of the Advanced Software Group), social health enterprise Food Dudes, post and full production companies 422.tv and 422.vision, sports CRM agency Goodform, and national recruitment company, Blue Arrow.
“The Firework PR team offers a wealth of experience and mix of skills that Symphony EYC requires to achieve its ambitious communication goals. We wanted to expand our reach outside of media whilst ensuring our budgets achieve the greatest return on investment. Firework PR demonstrated a level of flexibility and creativity that we believe will deliver these results, as well as a strong partnership for the future,” commented Sarah Jandu, International Marketing Director at Symphony EYC.
“Our content-driven and modular approach to communications proved a cost-effective solution for Symphony EYC. The company has some incredible retail brands to promote and an internal team that is full of enthusiasm to make PR a success. We’ll also be drawing upon our European network to ensure the company’s success reaches an audience broader than the UK,” said Andrea Hounsham, Director of Firework PR.
