Through brand positioning and story development, Firework raised the profile of exclusive children’s hair salon, Little BigHeads, within local lifestyle and business media.
Little BigHeads wanted to build on its customer base in the wider Cheshire and Greater Manchester catchment areas whilst promoting the expertise of its staff and their unrivalled expertise working with children.
Firework recommended a six-month media and influencer relations campaign to tell the Little BigHeads story. A content marketing programme was developed to produce creative news stories about the brand. The media relations campaign targeted local and regional media and Manchester and Cheshire lifestyle press with feature, interview, competition and review opportunities. The business media was also targeted to enable the salon owner to communicate the business’s vision for the future. A salon review programme also enabled Firework to target influential Mummy bloggers in Cheshire and Manchester.
Firework consistently overachieved on targets with coverage achieved in lifestyle media including Shop Cheshire, Living Edge and Waterfront Magazine; reviews with influential Mummy bloggers including Tired Mummy of Two and Cheshire Mum; profile interviews in Manchester Evening News Business Week and The Cheshire.
