Firework worked closely with Bali Health Lounge, a luxury urban day spa in the heart of Manchester, to raise its profile and announce the launch of its monthly membership scheme. The campaign’s successes included a VIP taster massage event and coverage in The Sunday Time Style magazine.
Firework was briefed to position Bali Health Lounge as the leading Manchester Urban Spa with a strong philosophy around massage and wellbeing. The team was also tasked with communicating the health benefits of the membership scheme and regular massage treatments as well as raising the profile, quality and experience of the team of therapists.
Firework recommended a six-month programme which began with a launch announcement to the business media communicating the vision of the two entrepreneurs, Andrew and James Pitayanukul. A content programme was then developed producing a pipeline of news, press releases and a series blogs.
Media relations activity included a consumer announcement to the lifestyle media announcing the launch of the membership programme. A VIP launch event was held for the media, followed by a massage reviews programme with regional media and bloggers and a competitions programme also ran in tandem with the media relations campaign. Firework also delivered an ambassadors programme to secure endorsement from well-known Manchester figures.
High profile reviews were secured with key regional lifestyle media and bloggers. Business coverage was achieved high profile local business titles and Bali Health Lounge was also included in a spa round up in The Sunday Times Style magazine.
